I have been listening to series of sermons/conferences by Dr. Voddie Baucham,http://www.voddiebaucham.org/vbm/home.html and am extremely Blessed, my husband and I have learned so much from just listening to them.  I recommend you listen to "Biblical Woman 1,2,3: The Law in the Light of The KIngdom", this series you will not find on his website, but you will find it on "Sermon Index":http://www.sermonindex.net/modules/mydownloads/viewcat.php?cid=696 just search under his name.  You will be Blessed, encouraged, strengthened and maybe even rebuked. Make sure your husbands listen to it, if they don't want to then just pray for them.  Enjoy !!

Nightime Crying Baby, Sleep depravation, guinea hens & PRAYER

Lately our little Josiah has decided that he was going to wake up at least 2-3 times a night.  So by Wednesday, I was suffering, irritable, impatient and exhausted.  So Mr. J is eating a tiny bit of cereal as of Wednesday night (and it's working), sleeping through the night again, Amen!!  So Thursday when I was hoping to catch up on some sleep, around 6 am my neighbors hens decided to come and pick some bugs under my bedroom window.  And if anyone knows guinea hens, they are startled very easily and tend to get very loud when anyone or anything comes too close to them.  I realized they going to wake the baby!!!  I prayed : Merciful God, please quiet those hens! I really need to sleep.  God listens even to the prayers that maybe we think are not that important. God knew I needed to be completed rested to help my family.  He heard my prayer and he answered it!  Praise GOd!
